At Aventi Weddings, our XOA Wedding Management services are designed for couples who have done the heavy lifting of planning their main items, and want to book their vendors but want expert guidance for the final stages and wedding management on the day of. Our management collections are expertly crafted to provide you with guidance from our highly experienced Lead Coordinators. We step in to review your plans, identify any gaps, and ensure nothing is overlooked. From vendor collaboration to crafting a flawless day-of timeline and leading your final venue walkthrough, we handle all the last-minute details so you can enjoy a stress-free wedding day.
Every XOA couple receives the benefit of our exclusive XOA Timeline Experience, which allows you to have a custom recommended timeline within two weeks of booking, so you can plan with more of an expert mindset.
With XOA, Wedding Day Management is simple because of the dedicated team on your wedding day that assists with setting up your wedding day handles vendor communication, and ensures everything runs smoothly.
Our coordinators were fantastic at our rehearsal and the day of, and we really appreciated their amazing attention to detail. They took care of EVERYTHING and were also so fun to be around! Our coordinator took tons of phone pics for us and sent them all the next day which was super appreciated since it goes so fast! They were great with our vendors and made our day flow perfectly.
